The alkitronic mounting documentation systems are designed for the alkitronic manual torque multipliers (HSD), the battery-operated (EASD), and the pneumatic (CLSD) torque multipliers. The system minimizes the risks of incorrect bolt connections, provides a correct, complete, and fast collection of torque data, increases productivity, and reduces maintenance costs. They help fulfill legal regulations, improve internal quality management, and provide documentation for the end-user.

The manual torque multiplier alkitronic HSD is equipped with a sensor that provides torque-controlled tightening and measurement data. Torque and angle of rotation can be set manually on-site to specify the target torque.

The complete tightening process is recorded and transferred with the app's Bluetooth interface on your mobile device. The alkitronic App for iOS and Android devices allows you to export the results into a CSV file which then can be shared, edited and printed.
